About

I'm EJ. I build things for the web and keep the technology running at a behavioral health company. Most of that work only gets noticed when it breaks, which is how I know it's going well. Outside of work I'm learning to fly and playing jazz guitar. I split my time between New Jersey and New Hampshire.

NextStep Behavioral Services

I run technology end to end for an ABA provider in New Hampshire: the network (UniFi, segmented), security, device management across Windows, Apple, and Chromebooks, and Google Workspace. The network stays up, devices stay managed, and access stays where it should.

I own a web design and development business. I build and maintain sites for clients: the design, the development, and keeping everything running after launch. That last part matters more than people expect, because a site that goes down a month later is a site that was never really finished.

Casematch LLC

I'm building a hiring platform made for special education and ABA jobs. It isn't a general job board. I design and build it myself, and I work with BCBAs to test and verify it. Casematch LLC is the company behind it. It's in development now.

How I got here

  1. 2024

    Started at Egg Harbor Township High School in the Aviation Academy, and co-founded AeroX Team, a Roblox aviation game.

  2. Winter 2024

    First turn as the CTE Perkins student representative, speaking at the Web Design advisory meeting.

  3. December 2024

    Started Coropos Web Services.

  4. Early 2025

    Took a discovery flight and started training toward my private pilot certificate.

  5. December 2025

    Became CTO at NextStep Behavioral Services.

  6. 2026

    Passed CompTIA A+ Core 1.

  7. August 2026

    Founded Casematch.

Aviation

I'm a student pilot training toward my private pilot certificate. Long term I'm interested in air traffic control, and one day I'd like to serve with my local fire department.

Jazz guitar

I play guitar in a jazz band. Rehearsals just started up again for the season.

Formula 1

I'm a McLaren fan, and Oscar Piastri is my driver.

Gadgets, networking, servers, and a home lab where I mess around with cyber security setups.
